The service

BloomShot turns photos of your real flower arrangements into styled product photos using AI. It is meant to make an honest photo look more professional, not to invent an arrangement that doesn’t exist. You’re responsible for making sure what you post or sell using BloomShot photos accurately represents what a customer will actually receive.

Your account

You sign in with an emailed link, no password. Keep access to that email address secure, since it’s how your account is protected. One account is meant for one shop or business; give us a shout if you need multiple locations set up properly.

Your content

The arrangement photos you upload, and the photos BloomShot generates from them, are yours. You keep ownership. We use them to run the service for your account (generating the photo, storing it so you can retrieve it), and we never train models on your specific photos, sell them, or hand them to another user for their own use. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it, meaning it’s a real photo of your own work or something you’re authorized to use commercially.

To help other florists see what BloomShot can do, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to feature arrangements you create — the before photo, the generated result, or both — as examples in our own marketing, such as our website, our examples page, our social media, and our ads. We’ll never present them as another shop’s work or sell them. If you’d prefer we don’t feature yours, email bloomshotapp@gmail.com and we’ll exclude your account and take down anything already featured.

Plans, credits & billing

New accounts get 5 free photos, no card required. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel; cancel anytime and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, prorated automatically if you change plans mid-cycle. Photo packs are a one-time purchase, don’t require a subscription, and the credits never expire.

Because each photo costs us real compute the moment it’s generated, we don’t offer refunds for credits already used to make a photo. If something billed incorrectly or a generation failed on our end, email us and we’ll make it right.

Acceptable use

Use BloomShot for real product photography for your flower business. Don’t upload images you don’t have the right to use, don’t use the service for anything illegal or deceptive, and don’t try to abuse, scrape, or overload the system.

Ending your account

You can close your account anytime from settings, or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or abuses the service, and we’ll try to give you a heads up first unless the situation requires acting immediately.

No warranty & liability

BloomShot is provided as-is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every generated photo will look exactly as expected. To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let account holders know by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
