BloomShot (“we,” “us”) provides an AI product photography tool for florists at bloomshot.app. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it. See also our Terms of Service.

What we collect

  • Account info: your email address (used for magic-link sign-in, no password is stored) and, optionally, your shop name.
  • Photos you upload: images of your flower arrangements, sent to our AI image provider to generate a styled product photo, then stored so you can access your results.
  • Billing info: if you subscribe to a plan, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Usage data: which pages you visit and how many photos you have generated, so the product works and so we can see what is useful and what is not.
  • Emails you send us: if you contact us for support, we keep that correspondence to help you.

What we do not do

We never sell your data or your photos. Your uploaded arrangement photos and the images we generate for you are yours; we do not share them with other users or resell them to anyone. The one exception is that we may feature examples of arrangements you create in our own marketing, which you can opt out of at any time — see “Featuring your work” below.

Featuring your work

To show other florists what BloomShot can do, we may feature arrangements you create — the before photo, the generated result, or both — as examples in our own marketing (our website, examples page, social media, and ads). We never present them as another shop’s work or sell them. If you’d rather we didn’t feature yours, email bloomshotapp@gmail.com and we’ll exclude your account and remove anything already featured.

Cookies and analytics

We use a lightweight, first-party analytics tool to count page visits (no personal information, just an anonymous visitor id stored in your browser). We also use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads to florists on Facebook and Instagram; Meta may set cookies for this purpose. You can control ad cookies through your browser or Meta’s own ad preferences.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing or tip emails if you opted in at signup. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Service emails (like billing receipts or account notices) are sent regardless, since they are necessary to run your account.

Who we share data with

Only the vendors that make BloomShot work: our database and file storage provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider (Resend), and our AI image generation provider. Each only receives what they need to do their job, and none are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can delete your uploaded photos, update your shop name, or unsubscribe from marketing email at any time from your account settings. To delete your account entirely or request a copy of your data, email us and we will handle it directly.
